Stopped in with a small job, needed John Deere tired tire replaced with a new I had in the barn I bought as a two tire package I was met with a friendly greeting and assurance they could swap the tire for the one with side-wall failure. Friendly, courteous and a Fair price, Recommend.

A few times in my life, Ive had such a good experience with a location, that you never want to go anywhere else again. Today was that experience with this Adirondack Tire location. I tried to repair my daughters bike tire, it wouldn't hold air, so i came here hoping they could help me out some how. I walked in and off the bat, I couldnt help but notice that the waiting area was pristine clean, and very inviting, truly a great place to wait while your service is getting done. Although, I was in and out so fast, I didnt even have to sit down. I walked to the counter and the manager, who was THE nicest guy, immediately jumped up and walked out to change the valve stem core. We walked around back and filled with air and in less than 10 minutes, I was on the road with my problem solved. Its the best service ive ever gotten from a business and thats not just a tire place, thats everywhere. The manager and the other gentleman working in the back were genuinely concerned and wanted to get me back to bike riding with my daughter. They were the nicest people and expressed care and concern for the community and their needs. I promise you, if you are in need of any of the services offe

Greg and Crew: professional, personable, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ihave experienced in an auto repair shop in YEARS. Quick and true diagnosis. Got me in same day, morning. Handled the problem as soon as they received the needed part. My son and grandson highly recommend and utilize this SPECIFIC location and are completely satisfied with service and cost. I am so disappointed in the service provided. I was a happy customer for 20 years. The recent change in management is a complete failure. I recently visited to replace 4 tires. I drive away and every tire warning light came on. Low tire pressure. My traction light came on. I take it back as requested. I drive away. My car is pulling to the right. My alignment was off AFTER I PAID FOR THAT SERVICE. I drove to another trusted garage where they tell me the car was really out of alignment (obviously never done) and the wrong sealant was used. My husband was promised a call back which never happened. I literally paid twice to get my car where it needed to be. My whole family goes here. Not anymore.

Greg is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I got a last minute battery replacement, oil change and headlight replacement on my old fussy Subaru and Greg was able to get me in and out at a great price same day. Thank you!
